Healthy glowing skin
Is it possible for every girl and woman to get healthy glowing skin without much effort? And the answer is why not? There are several ways of getting healthy ,fresh and glowing skin at home. Here I am sharing my few favorite beauty tips to get flawless skin
- Drink lots of water
Water is something which really helps in skin freshness and glow.64% of your skin is water. So water play a vital role in skin freshness. Make a schedule for yourself which suits you and follow that schedule of drinking water through a day. You will start feeling a difference in your skin in few days.
- Eat healthy

Healthy eating habits do effect your skin texture. There are many examples of people who switch bad eating habits to healthy one and found great changes in their skins. Try to avoid fast foods and add fruits and vegetables in your diet. Eat vegetables in salads. You will soon feel the difference after all you are what you eat.
- Apply these masks
There are a lot of homemade masks which are really good for healthy and glowing skin. I am just sharing two of them here.
Gram flour mask
Gram flour 2 T.B
Milk to form a paste
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Honey 1 tsp.
Make a paste and apply twice a week.
Almond mask
Almond ground 2TB
Milk 1 T.B
Make a paste and apply twice a week.
- Cleanse daily
Cleansing is something very important for your skin. Try to cleanse your skin daily. You can buy a cleanser from market or you can make one at home by yourself if you like homemade skin care stuff. Here is the recipe of homemade cleanser.
Honey 1 T.B
Lemon few drops
Mix these two apply on your face daily for 5 minutes and then wash it off.
Or you can choose any cleanser which suits your skin and use this daily before going to bed.
- Do a homemade facial monthly
Take a facial at home monthly. You can do your complete facial at home. You can prepare masks and massage cream, scrub etc. at home easily. Soon you will find all the recipes on this blog.
- Fix a specific time for skin care
