How to keep yourself motivated for weight loss
Eating habits or sometime slow metabolism gives us some extra pounds .Getting rid of extra weight is
not as much difficult as we think. If we follow few steps and remain steady on
them then no one can stop us from getting success.
1.
Set a goal
Always set a goal of losing weight
before starting your weight loss plan that how many pounds do you want to loss
and then start working to achieve that goal. You can also keep an image of some
person whose physique is ideal according to you it will
keep you reminding that what is your goal and will motivate you.

Work consistently
Never give up and
work consistently for the best physique for you. In the beginning results can
be slow and not visible but remember
it can take time before you can actually notice it. Keep on working on your
diet and workout plan. If you stop
working on it for few days start it again with same ambition every time.

Make a routine set up
A new routine is something which is difficult to follow in
start but once you are able to maintain it, it will become your second nature.
So always set a routine for yourself your exercise routine , your walking
routine etc.

Keep record
Another important thing is keeping record of what you ate in
the whole day. If you don’t like to
count calories just write down In the night what you have eaten today and check
if there was something which can harm your weight loss process so determine not
to eat again until a you achieve your desired weight.(but really once in a
while is ok but not always)

Check weight and write down
Check your weight once or twice a
week and write it down. Keep record of your weight loss process. Remember
weight loss is not a magic every positive change in our personality takes time
to become visible. Always write down your new weight with date and see how much
weight are you losing and how much time will it take to reach your goal.
6.
Self motivation
Self motivation is something most important and it can help you
in this process a lot more than a true friend .No one can motivate you in this
busy world as much as you can yourself .So keep motivating yourself every time
you feel your courage is going down. Write some motivational quotes and
paste on the wall. Promise yourself that
you will not stop until you reach your goal weight. Keep yourself reminding
this promise.
7.
Don’t give excuses
If you really want to do something you will find a way
otherwise you will find an excuse. So stop giving excuses to yourself and others
that why you cannot prove it that you
can. Don’t accept excuses from yourself and keep on working.
