Beautiful and healthy feet
Feet are really important part of our body but most people
neglect them. They bear all the weight of your body whenever you are walking,
working or even standing. Your feet worth some time from you to get pampered
and relaxed. Here are some ways to give your feet some care.

1.
Washing
Its good for your feet health to be washed properly twice a
day. If you are working and wear socks at work it become more important to wash
feet with extra care. Change your socks daily. Wash your feet properly to
prevent foot smell. Use mild soaps only to wash feet.

Moisturizing
Moisturize your feet whenever you feel them dry but at least
twice a day. Moisturizing works best after a bath when your feet are soft
enough to absorb the moisturizer. Moisturize them before sleep also. Believe me
moisturizing will take hardly one minute and you can do it even how busy you
are. Moisturize your feet regularly to keep them soft and healthy.
3.
Massage
Massage your feet once a day. Best time for giving your feet
a massage is before bed. When all the chores are finished take a deep breath
give few minutes to yourself. Most importantly, massage your feet with some
heavy and thick cream. Massaging feet will also make you relaxed and release
tiredness of your body.
4.
Pedicure
Give yourself a pedicure at home once a week. You can do
this at weekends. For homemade pedicure
soak your feet in lukewarm water. Put a little bit of shampoo, 1 teaspoon salt,
a few drops of olive or any oil and juice of one lemon in this water. Soak feet
for 10 minutes and then take a pumice stone and rub your heels and feet with
this stone to remove dead skin.
Take a cuticle pusher and push your cuticles with it. Shape
your nails. Dry your feet. At the end apply some moisturizer to keep your feet
nourish and soft.
