1.     Manicure





Manicure is something that really gives life to your hands and makes your nails look shiny and clean. You can take a professional manicure or you can do it at home whenever you think you need it.  You can do your manicure every other week.

2.     Lemon, orange juice or vinegar

Lemon, orange juice and vinegar are good to remove dirt from nails and to make them to look whiter.
·         Take lemon, orange juice or vinegar and dip your nails in it for 7to 10 minutes. Wash afterwards and apply moisturizer.

3.     Garlic




Garlic has been used to give nails shine and strength for years and people are still getting benefit by using it. There are various ways of using garlic for nails.
·         Crush few garlic cloves and massage your nails with it. You can also mix some lemon drops and olive oil in these crushed garlics to get better results.
·         Wash after 7 to 10 minutes and apply moisturizer.

4.     Olive oil

Olive oil is good for many reasons. But is it also useful for nails? Yes, it is.
·         Massage your hands daily with olive oil give special attention to your nails and cuticle area.
·         Add some drops of lemon juice for better results.

5.     Glycerin

Glycerin also moisturizes your nails in a healthy way.
·         Massage your nails and cuticles in night and wear cotton gloves before going to sleep.
·          If you don’t like it to keep it on for overnight massage it for 7 to 10 minutes and wash with water only.

6.     Special care




Care for your hands and avoid extra exposure to detergents and soaps. But if it is necessary to keep in contact with these types of things then remember to moisturize your hands after. Remember to moisturize your hands and nails before bed.
