Dark ankles knees and elbows and solution

Dark ankle, knees and elbows

Beautiful, smooth and clear arms and legs will never look perfect with dark ankle, knees and elbows.   But the question is how to fade these dark parts out and get fairer looking knees and elbows. Here are some solutions to this problem.

A beneficial mixture

Here I am going to  share a method of preparing a mixture which can help lighten your skin. You can also use it on your face and body. To prepare it you will need
·         Glycerin   ¼ cup
·         Lemon   2 or 3
·         Rose water  ½ cup
  Mix these ingredients and fill them in a sterilized bottle and refrigerator it. Use this mixture on your face as well as elbows and knees. It will lighten up your skin tone gradually and will keep it baby soft.

Squeeze a lemon and extract half of the juice out of it leave half juice in the lemon take this lemon and fill it with sugar rub it on elbows and knees for 5 to 7 minutes leave it for few minutes and then wash it off and apply moisturizer or a cold cream.

Loofah

During bath when your skin becomes soft take loofah and rub on your elbows and knees. It will remove the dark dead skin gradually. And remember to moisturizer after wards.

Gram flour

Gram flour is really good for skin lightening you can make many types of mixtures using gram flour and apply them on your darken knees and elbows. Here is one of such mixtures
·         Gram flour 2 T.B
·         Milk to form a mixture
·         Turmeric powder a pinch
Make a mixture and apply on knees, elbows and ankles. When it dries massage it with wet hands and wash it off.
 You can even take gram flour on your wet palm while bathing and massage your knees and elbows with it for few minutes and then wash it off. And remember moisturizer after bath.

Shea and cocoa butter creams

Apply shea and cocoa butter rich creams on your elbows and knees. You will feel the difference in few weeks.

Honey


Honey can also moisturize and makes skin smooth and health. Mix honey with lemon and apply this paste on your elbows and knees. Take honey, milk and gram flour. Make a mixture and apply. After drying wash and moisturize.

Eggless hair masks for damaged hair

Most of the hair masks contain eggs in them as eggs are the good source of protein and protein makes hair healthy and strong .But there are many people who do not like putting egg on their hair. So here are some eggless hair masks for such people.

1.     Yogurt

Yogurt is really good for hair. It is also good for dandruff free hair. It is a natural conditioner also. It makes hair soft and easy to handle. You can always apply yogurt alone on your hair and wash after 1 to 2 hours. Here I am sharing are few hair masks prepared with yogurt but without egg.
·         Yogurt 1/2 cup
·         Coconut or mustard oil 2 T.B
·         Honey 1 T.S

Mix these ingredients and apply for 1 to 2 hours .Wash your hair properly and feel the difference.
·         Yogurt 1/2cup
·         Almond oil 2 T.S
Mix both the ingredients well and apply on your hair .Leave for 1 to 2 hour and then wash.
·         Yogurt       ½ cup
·         avocado    ½
·         Olive oil     1ts
Mash avocado in a blender and mix with yogurt. Add olive oil and mix well .Apply for 1 to 2 hours and then wash .You can always use oil of your own choice.

2.     Henna

Henna is a natural conditioner and its application leaves your hairs softs and silky. It also gives your hair a beautiful color. For making a henna mask you will need.
·         Henna   ½ cup
·         Water to soak
·         Lemon    1ts
·         Mustard oil 1 T.B
Soak henna in water and add lemon and oil .Let it rest for 2 hours. Then apply it on your hair wash after 1 to 2 hours.
·         Henna   1/2 cup
·         Tea leaves 1 T.S
·         Water to make black tea
·         Olive oil 2 T.B
Make black tea and let it cool down. Mix it with henna and add olive or any other oil of your choice.
Wash it off after 1 to 2 hours.
If you have dry hair use a little bit of oil on your hair before applying henna.

3.     Mix oils

Mix oils are also beneficial for your hair. You can mix some oils and apply over night or for some hours. Here are some oils which you can mix and keep in a bottle for further use also
·         Almond oil
·         Mustard oil
·         Coconut oil
·         Olive oil
·         Gooseberry  or amla oil
Mix all in same quantity and keep in a bottle. Massage your scalp with this mixture of oils keep it on for overnight for good results.

4.     Honey mask

·         Banana half pureed
·         Olive oil 1 T.B
·         Honey 1 T.B
·         Conditioner 1 T.B
Make olive oil a little bit hot and mix in mashed banana. Add all the ingredients and apply for 2 hours and wash properly afterwards.

5.     Lemon

You can also use lemon for your hair.
·         Vitamin E capsule         2 (optional)
·         Olive oil                         as required
·         Lemon                           half



Mix lemon juice in lukewarm olive oil and massage on your scalp with this mixture .You can also add one or 2 vitamin capsules in this mixture .Keep overnight and wash next day .Avoid using hair dryers.

How to keep yourself motivated for weight loss


Eating habits or sometime slow metabolism gives us some  extra pounds .Getting rid of extra weight is not as much difficult as we think. If we follow few steps and remain steady on them then no one can stop us from getting success.

1.     Set a goal


Always set a goal of losing weight before starting your weight loss plan that how many pounds do you want to loss and then start working to achieve that goal. You can also keep an image of some   person whose  physique is ideal according to you it will keep you reminding that what is your goal and will motivate you.

2.     Work consistently

    
    Never give up and work consistently for the best physique for you. In the beginning results can be        slow and not visible but remember it can take time before you can actually notice it. Keep on working on your diet and workout  plan. If you stop working on it for few days start it again with same ambition every time.

3.     Make a routine set up


A new routine is something which is difficult to follow in start but once you are able to maintain it, it will become your second nature. So always set a routine for yourself your exercise routine , your walking routine etc.

4.     Keep record


Another important thing is keeping record of what you ate in the whole day. If you don’t  like to count calories just write down In the night what you have eaten today and check if there was something which can harm your weight loss process so determine not to eat again until a you achieve your desired weight.(but really once in a while is ok but not always)

5.     Check weight and write down


Check your weight once or twice a week and write it down. Keep record of your weight loss process. Remember weight loss is not a magic every positive change in our personality takes time to become visible. Always write down your new weight with date and see how much weight are you losing and how much time will it take to reach your goal.

6.     Self motivation


Self motivation is something most important and it can help you in this process a lot more than a true friend .No one can motivate you in this busy world as much as you can yourself .So keep motivating yourself every time you feel your courage is going down. Write some motivational quotes and paste  on the wall. Promise yourself that you will not stop until you reach your goal weight. Keep yourself reminding this promise.

7.     Don’t give excuses


If you really want to do something you will find a way otherwise you will find an excuse. So stop giving excuses to yourself and others that why you cannot  prove it that you can. Don’t accept excuses from yourself and keep on working.
